Project Background

Midwest Gaming & Entertainment, LLC (“Midwest Gaming”) was awarded the exclusive right to apply for the 10th Illinois casino license in December 2008. The casino will be located in Des Plaines, Illinois on 20 acres at the northwest corner of Des Plaines River Road and Devon Avenue. The site is minutes from O’Hare International Airport, very close to Chicago and easily accessible from throughout metropolitan Chicago.

Gaming and Entertainment   State-of-the-Art Facility

Midwest Gaming intends to build a world-class gaming and entertainment destination. The first phase will feature:

  • Approx. 43,000 square foot casino floor in a 147,000 square foot facility
  • Approx. 1,150 slot machines and 30 table games
  • First-class food & beverage venues
  • Convenient parking
